3D EDGE - Spring 2018!

3D EDGE has become quite popular with many T4TG clients looking for an extra challenge and we are now opening this class type to non-members as well!

Certainly one of the differentiating factors of the fitness training we do here at T4TG is that the programming and exercise selection is athletically based.  With that said, much of the programming is dialed back a bit in order to make it appropriate for the majority of our population.

We have always aimed to make classes highly scalable so that exercises can be both progressed and regressed depending on the individual.  We will certainly do the same with 3D EDGE but have created a program design to help elevate you to another level in your training capabilities.

Keep in mind that this is not simply an iteration of Crossfit – we will, with progressive, thoughtful, detailed, responsible, yet intense programming/coaching – to help you achieve capabilities that yield results.

 FAQ’s:

1.  I’m interested but am not sure about this – will it be too hard?

Maybe – but probably not.  The program is scalable in terms of intensity but significant injuries would be counterproductive to your success.

2.  Is this basically a bootcamp?

No.  Aside from significant differences in exercise selection, average bootcamps are generally not progressed session to session and are typically coached to simply be difficult that day .  3D Edge participants experience a high level of intensity by focusing on doing things right.  Through this process, each day is all you can handle until the next day (with a  feeling of accomplishment) because you were  prepared!

3.  When do I have to make a decision?

Deadline to respond and reserve your spot is end of day – Monday, January 8th.

4.  If I can’t make my regularly scheduled time – can I come to another day/time?

Yes, we can arrange that but be sure to let me know as early as possible so we can make sure there is adequate availability.
