About Greg Laird
Greg graduated from the University of Texas at Austin with a Bachelor’s of Arts in Biology with high honors. Shortly after graduating, he realized that his true passion resided in the ability to help others achieve a state of well being through movement and exercise. His approach and philosophy resides in preventative medicine, whereby investing in physical, mental, and spiritual health promotes your highest potential in your daily walk of life.
Greg has continued to develop his professional profile through training and has achieved certifications such as the highly regarded Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) through the National Strength and Conditioning Association.
Greg was a multisport athlete, competing in football, basketball, and track at New Braunfels High School. It is through sports that Greg cultivated his passion for training and movement. After his first experience at Train 4 The Game, he recognized instantly the value in T4TG’s training philosophy based upon Applied Functional Science. He began his internship during the fall of 2015, and in January of 2016, was hired as an assistant coach. He aspires to give each individual the utmost care and attention necessary to reach their goals toward helping them achieve a better state of well-being.
